I have been in the Banking & finance industries since 1983 with the first 10 years or so with Westpac where the final 3 years I specialised in all aspects of lending.

I have been with Mortgage Link since 2002 (apart from a short stint at Lifetime from November 2014 to March 2017).

During this time, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge & pass that on to my clients by educating them about the process & how to make the most of their home loan.

I love helping people whether it’s their first home or their tenth. I provide unbiased advice that is in the best interests of you and only you, my client, because we all have different expectations and requirements in our financial lives.

I actively involve my clients in the decision-making process ensuring they are comfortable with the final outcome. My advice also includes what tricks & traps are out there, how you can pay off your loan faster without penalty, refixing your loan down the track, top-ups for further lending etc.

I regularly have other advisers referring business to me as I seem to have a reputation of being able to get things done. I sometimes have access to lenders that other advisers don’t coupled with my extensive experience, allowing me to think outside the box on how to help clients.

I often assist home buyers who do not have the Lenders preferred minimum 20% deposit as there are still options for them, despite the publicity out there to the contrary.

I can also help those that do have a good deposit as well as investors, those wanting to build, improve or change properties, business finance, car or personal loans to name a few ways I can assist.
