I worked for ANZ for over 30 years, spent almost entirely doing lending in various capacities - but I left the bank to start my own business with Mortgage Link where I could focus on getting better outcomes for my clients rather than simply selling them products.
With over 25 years of lending experience, I have the skills & knowledge to help you get finance you need for your first home, or any other purpose.
My focus is always on clients first and I’ll do whatever it takes to get you the outcome you want. I work hard to get my clients the finance they need and my understanding of the “mathematics” of lending along with some great tools allows me to provide a range of options to help you achieve your goals.
I make myself available whenever you need me, including evenings & weekends. Almost all of my business comes from referrals from existing happy clients and/or is repeat business.
The best time to talk to me is long before you actually need the loan. Because there are many things that you can do between now and when you need the funds that will massively improve your chances of a successful application – the sooner you talk to me the better.
NB: My service to you is at no cost because, in all but a very few situations, the lenders will pay me a fee for attending to your business.
